The long way is the only way
Real bilona ghee cannot be hurried. Here is exactly how each batch is made in Naugawan Sadat — from the dawn milking to the sealed jar.
Hand-Milking with Care
Our A2 desi cows are hand-milked at dawn, the way the village always has — no machines, no rush.
Warming & Curd Setting
Fresh milk is gently warmed in clay pots and cultured overnight into thick, living curd.
Traditional Churning
The curd is churned in a wooden bilona, slowly and steadily, drawing out rich white butter.
Wood-Fire Simmering
The butter is simmered over a low wood flame until it turns golden, aromatic and grainy.
Cooling & Packaging
Once settled, the ghee is filtered and sealed into glass jars to lock in its freshness.
