What makes A2 bilona ghee different from regular ghee?
A2 bilona ghee is hand-churned from cultured whole-milk curd of indigenous (desi) cows using a traditional wooden bilona, then slow-cooked on a wood flame. Regular ghee is usually made in bulk from cream or butter. The bilona method keeps the granular danedar texture, aroma and nutrients that fast industrial processing removes.

Why has my raw honey crystallised?
Crystallisation is natural in pure, raw, unheated honey and is a sign of authenticity, not spoilage. Warm the sealed jar gently in warm water to return it to a liquid state.
