From a village kitchen in Amroha
Rural Roots Agro is a small family enterprise reviving the food our grandparents made — before shortcuts, before plastic, before "natural" became just a label.
Why we started
It began with a jar of "pure" ghee that wasn't. We knew what real bilona ghee tasted like — grainy, golden, alive with aroma — and what filled the shelves was nothing like it. So we went back to the churn.
Today, from Naugawan Sadat, Amroha Tahsil, we hand-make small batches of A2 bilona ghee and gather raw honey from wildflower hives. Nothing is rushed, nothing is hidden, and nothing leaves without meeting one standard.
What we believe
Food made with patience carries something a factory can't reproduce — and people can taste the difference.
Every order supports rural livelihoods and keeps traditional knowledge — culturing curd, reading a wood fire, harvesting honey without harming the bees — from being lost. That is the whole point of Rural Roots.
- Small batches, made close to when you order.
- A2 desi milk and raw, unheated honey — never anything synthetic.
- Glass jars, honest labels, and paperwork you can verify.
